returned product has been tampered with then it will be returned to you.

you are unhappy with any goods that you receive or if they are faulty please contact
refunds@ktcsolutions.co.uk stating your details, order number. We will advice you further.
And exchange them or refund the cost of the goods & postage (if faulty) as you wish.
Alternatively you can post it directly to us with a letter stating the fault or reason
and contact details.
